Aloo - 65

An easy appetizer made of potatoes


  1. Potatoes – 5 (medium size)
  2.  Ginger-garlic paste – 1tsp
  3. Garam masala – 1tsp
  4. Chilli powder – 1tsp
  5. Tandoori color – pinch
  6. Salt to taste
  7. Lime juice – 1tsp
  8. Corn flour – 20g
  9. Ajinomotto- pinch(optional)
  10. Chillies – 6
  11. Curry leaves – few


  • Cut and boil the potatoes into cubes.
  • Mix ginger garlic paste, chilli powder,garammasala,salt,tandoori color,ajinomotto,lime juice in the corn flour.
  • Now add the potatoes in the above mix.
  • Fry the potatoes as pakodis in oil.
  • Later in the fry pan splutter chillies,curry leaves and finally mix the fried potatoes and remove from pan.
