Stuffed Okra/Bhendi

Ingredients:
- Bendakayalu/bhendi - 5cups
- Oil - 2tsp
- Onions - 2(medium)
- Tomato -2
- Curry leaves - 4
For stuffing:
- Cumin seeds powder - 2tsp
- Curry powder - 2tsp
- Red chilli powder - 2tsp
- Amchoor(raw mango powder) - 1 tsp
- Salt -2tsp
- Garlic powder - 1tsp
- Turmeric - 1tsp
Method:
- Clean and dry okra and slit the middle part to hold the stuffing.
- Stuff the okra with stuffing mixture mentioned above.

- In a pan heat 2 tsp of oil chopped onions and tomatoes and curry leaves and saute till tender.
- To this add the stuffed okra and cook till done.
- This okra curry goes well with rice or parathas.
